Upon booking, we may request a deposit to secure your reservation. Final payment for the services is due on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before or on the day of the move unless a different payment arrangement has been made in advance.

3.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee. For full terms regarding cancellations and refunds, please contact our customer service team.

Our pricing is based on the nature of the move, distance, and the services you request. Prices are outlined during the booking process, and any additional charges (e.g., packing materials, long carry charges, extra labor) will be discussed and agreed upon before the move begins.

All quoted prices are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or additional requirements not disclosed at the time of booking. We will notify you if additional charges apply before proceeding.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 Providing Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your move, including the size, weight, and nature of the items being moved. Failure to disclose the true scope of the move could lead to delays, additional charges, or the inability to complete the move as agreed.

5.2 Preparation for the Move

You are responsible for ensuring that the items to be moved are ready, packed, and accessible. This includes ensuring that there are no obstacles blocking access to the pickup location and that all items are packed securely for transport. Bushnell Movers is not responsible for packing items unless specifically requested as part of our services.

5.3 Liability for Property

You must ensure that valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items are properly packed or otherwise protected. Bushnell Movers is not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed or not disclosed to us as fragile or high-value items. For such items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance or specialty packing services.

6. Moving Insurance

Bushnell Movers offers limited liability for damaged or lost goods during the moving process. However, we encourage you to purchase additional moving insurance for peace of mind. Our team will provide details of the insurance coverage available upon request.

7. Our Liability

7.1 Damaged or Lost Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your items are moved safely and securely, Bushnell Movers is not liable for any damage caused during the move due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, accidents, or acts of God. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of completing the move.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at our discretion if you violate these terms or if we encounter an issue that prevents us from fulfilling the agreed-upon services. If services are terminated, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up until that point.
